We invite graduate students, or those who have recently completed their PhD, to give a talk on any topic in mathematical or philosophical logic, in a broad sense. Presentations should last for 25 minutes and submitted abstracts should provide a clear outline of the aim of the talk.

Please send your abstract, not exceeding two pages, to abstract submission by December 19, 2009. Electronic submissions are preferred, in .doc, .rtf, or .pdf format. The paper should be anonymized and suitable for blind refereeing. Please include in your e-mail your name, title of the talk, institution, and contact details. Receipt of submission will be confirmed by e-mail.

Abstracts will be reviewed anonymously by the committee. You will be notified of the outcome of the review process by January 16, 2009.

The abstracts of the talks given at "PhDs in Logic" will be collected in a booklet.

For any further information, please contact the conference organizers, Michiel De Smet and Stefan Wintein, at PhD's in Logic.
